What comes in each box?
Every box features a unique theme and includes a carefully curated mix of lifestyle, self-care, accessories, treats, study and desk essentials, and other fun surprises. We focus on quality products that she'll actually use and enjoy. Each box also includes a small stone heart selected to complement the month's theme — she can keep it, collect them, or pass one along to someone who could use a little extra love.
Are the boxes the same every month?
No! Every month has a new theme and a fresh collection of products, so there's always something new to look forward to.
Can I send a Happy Heart Box as a gift?
Absolutely! Happy Heart Boxes were created with gifting in mind. A subscription is a wonderful way to give her something to look forward to each month. You can send a box directly to your daughter, granddaughter, niece, friend, or someone special.
When will my box be shipped?
Our subscription boxes are shipped out the 1st of each month, with free U.S. shipping on every box.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
Can I ship the box directly to a college dorm?
Yes! You can ship to a dorm, apartment, campus mailbox, or other location where she can safely receive packages. Be sure to include the complete mailing address and any applicable dorm or building information.
What if she moves or changes dorms or apartments?
You can update your shipping information through your account or by contacting us at support@happyheartboxes.com before the next box ships.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. Be sure to cancel before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next box. You can read more in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
