Welcome to Happy Heart Boxes. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of our subscription boxes and one-time boxes (together, the "Services"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Happy Heart Boxes offers a monthly subscription box and a one-time gift box, each thoughtfully curated around a monthly theme. Box contents vary from month to month and are selected by us. Product photos on our website are examples of past or sample boxes; the specific items in any box may differ from those shown.
Where personalized items are included, we rely on the sizing information you provide at checkout (such as shirt size or shoe size). Please make sure this information is accurate and kept up to date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at support@happyheartboxes.com. To avoid being charged for the next box, please cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund boxes already billed or shipped.
We do not offer refunds on boxes that have already shipped. If your box arrives damaged, or an item is missing, contact us right away at support@happyheartboxes.com and we will make it right.
We currently ship within the United States only. You may ship to a home, dorm, apartment, campus mailbox, or another address where the recipient can safely receive packages. You are responsible for providing a complete, correct shipping address, including any dorm or building details, and for updating it before the next box ships if the recipient moves. We are not responsible for boxes lost or delayed due to an incorrect or outdated address.
Many of our boxes are purchased as gifts. If you purchase a subscription or box for someone else, you remain the account holder responsible for billing, and you confirm you have the recipient's permission to share their name, sizing details, and shipping address with us.
All content on this website — including the Happy Heart Boxes name, logo, photographs, text, and designs — belongs to Happy Heart Boxes or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Our Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy Heart Boxes disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the box giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Please review the items in each box before use and check ingredient or material labels on individual products if you or the recipient have allergies or sensitivities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
